Betty
Betty is the beloved official greeter of Avenue Animal Hospital and proudly comes to work with her mom every day to make sure no client—or furry friend—goes without a proper welcome. Greeting is very serious business, and Betty takes her role to heart, ensuring everyone who walks through our doors feels seen, comforted, and cared for.
Betty has an incredible sense for when someone has lost a family member and will quietly offer extra love and comfort during those difficult moments. While she’s wonderful with all our patients, she gets especially excited when kittens come in for their visits—they are, without a doubt, her absolute favourite.
After a long day of hard work, Betty makes sure she’s earned every single treat (quality control is important!). Her gentle nature, warm presence, and wagging enthusiasm make her a very special part of the Avenue family.
