Dr. Alison Messina

Dr. Alison Messina has been practicing for over 15 years. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Wildlife Biology from Rutgers University in 2005, followed by her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. Dr. Messina completed her veterinary clinical program at the University of Pennsylvania. Her professional interests include dentistry, geriatric medicine, and hospice care. She is dedicated to providing thorough, high-quality treatment for her patients, while also providing comfort and compassion to their families.

Dr. Messina moved here from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2023. Outside of the hospital, she enjoys playing strategy board games, painting, cooking, and baking. Dr Messina is a huge Philly sports fan, especially the 76ers. She lives in Uptown Saint John with her husband and pups Royal and Kaylee.
